To keep items cool for up to 48 hours, always use the cool box with frozen ice blocks or ice and pre-chilled items. You should also close the lid after removing items to avoid cold air loss. As well as keeping food and drinks cold, you can also use the cooler box to insulate hot food and keep it warm for longer. Just make sure you remove any chilled items beforehand.
